Formally known as “Ghost”, this vessel raced competitively for a short period of time before she was retired to a cruising, relaxed race life.

This boat was laid up using kevlar mat with extensive reinforcing in “high load” areas.

Boeing designed and built the honey comb composite material that was used in making the bulkheads.

The combination of these two lightweight, ultra tough materials make for a long lasting, very stiff vessel. “Time out” has just completed a N.

An extensive re-fit was just completed making her ready to do it all over again.

This vessel features an onboard water maker, solar panels, Espar d-4 forced air diesel, Fridge, reefer, shower, head, windvane, auto helm and much, much more.

Being a Racer she is equipped with an extensive running rigging assortment.

The word that best describes the sail plan on these boats is HORSEPOWER!

They can handle extremely high loads when racing or just sail them conservatively and still have a very fast cruising boat. “Time out” routinely clocked 180 mile days offshore, sailing her powered down.
