Let it Be was built over a 2 year period by Erasmus Yachts and launched in South Africa in 2019.

The hulls where designed by Antoine Du Toit and a custom deck and salon top where fitted.

Sailed over from South Africa in 2020 and stored in Grenada for one year before cruising up the Island Chain and sold to me in St Maarten.

Length 52 feet.

Hull and deck Construction.

Nidacore with Vynelester resin.

Underwater sections primed with Primocon and two Coats of Sea Hawk anti - fouling.

New anodes.

Paint--- Hull painted in Awl Grip, Island Tourquise, December 2025.

Deck painted with non-skid awl grip, December 2025.

Sails--- New Jib, on board, never been used.

Mainsail Dacron, serviceable condition, good for several more years.

An inexpensive brand new mainsail is easy to organize as the owner is the Caribbean One Sails Agent.

Engines--- Two Volvo 50 hp.

Port new in 2019- Approx 1000 hours.

Starboard fitted new in January 2025 197 hours.

Two polypropylene fuel tanks approx. 150 liters each.

Two feathering Volvo Penta propellers.

New Cutlass bearings and anodes fitted in November 2025.

Interior-- Large open plan salon with galley, Super comfortable and spacious with large salon table seats 10.

Salon table folds down into large comfortable double bunk.

One aft cabin in each hull with new Jabsco pump action heads in each hull.

Freezer/Fridge combo.

Small fridge not working.

Galley : Three burner eno stove with oven, two ten pound propane bottles.

Microwave.

Heads: Two new Jabsco pump action heads, holding tanks not connected.

Mast and Rigging : A Carbon short cord wing mast is fitted.

Mast was removed this summer for the following.

Standing rigging inspected by FKG rigging , a new forestay is fitted and the roller furling unit serviced.

New Dyneema basket attachments manufactured.

New Awl grip paint job on mast.

All required Running rigging is in place.

Instrumentation : Garmin Chart Plotter with AIS.

Garmin wind.

Garmin hydraulic auto pilot.

NO depth sounder.

Windlass : 12 volt vertical windlass, Rocna Anchor 75 pounds.

Decent chain.

Secondary plough anchor.

Winches : Two halyard winches fitted on the mast.

Two Jib sheet winches in the cockpit.

Two main sheet winches in the cockpit.

Hydraulic steering: Pro serve has serviced the steering.

Cockpit : Large open cockpit with a hard top and plenty of seating with 7 new cockpit cushions.

Two cushions are designed as on deck bunk big and comfortable for some star gazing.

Notes : This boat is not for everyone or the average Lagoon Cat owner.

It is a very comfortable performance orientated cruising cat with a great salon, galley and not the biggest or best cabins.

The salon table which seats 10 and a table tennis set folds down to make a great king size comfortable bed with lots of air.

Alternatively it is a great condo.

Very easy to sail with simple limited controls.

Down side visibility from the helm station is not great but once you get used to it and back up to docks and use the salon and remote control as a pilot it is great to run longer watches from the salon.

Two 50 hp engines so you can motor at decent speeds as well.

Most Cats are under powered.

We have spent the summer of 2025 on the hard doing a minor refit with repairs and a paint job.

Still some finishing off to do but that is reflected in the price.

There not many if any newish performance Cats like this on the market.

This is an opportunity to upgrade your sailing performance to a modern cat at a decent price.
